Pastor Wade Wallace was born and raised in Brighton, TN and is a graduate of Union University in Jackson, TN. He obtained his master’s degree from Trevecca University in Nashville. Pastor Wallace is married to Debra Wallace, a Math Coach and Teacher Mentor at Memphis Business Academy in Memphis, TN. They have six children, Richard, Kyle (his wife Alea), Aubrianna (her husband Parker), Keith (his wife Stephanie), Zac, and Ben. Together they have five grandchildren. Pastor Wallace is a teacher at Millington Elementary School. After graduation from Union in 1985, he began teaching school and coaching baseball, basketball, and football in Tipton County and was a bi-vocational pastor of a small church. The first year, his small church doubled in size. The next year, the church baptized 100 people. Due to the growth and growing demands of the church’s ministry, he quit teaching and accepted a full-time pastoral position. During Wade Wallace’s tenure as Pastor, many exciting things took place.
*For 10 years, he pastored one of the Highest Percentage Growth Churches of the Big Hatchie Baptist Association and the Tennessee Baptist Convention
For 7 years, his church lead the Big Hatchie Baptist Association in Baptisms baptizing over 500 people.
He was featured in 3 Worldwide Christian Magazines during those years.
He was the Founder of the Big Hatchie Baptist Associational Youth Camp in 1988 and was the Camp Pastor for 10 years.
He was the President of Messenger Ministries, an organization that promosted and performed innovative dramas across Tennessee. He led Beaver Baptist Church through 3 building programs and Supervised and Administrated Various Staff Members 12 people now serving in public ministry as Pastor’s and Ministers He was featured on a Weekly Television Broadcast for 8 years He wrote and organized an Inreach & Outreach Program for Sunday School called “The Christ-Centered Church. He was influential in starting 5 Mission Churches He was the Founder and Administrator of SIP (Summer Intern Program for College Students. Wrote and administrated a SALT Program (Serving and Learning Team for Middle School Students) Wrote and Chaired a Constitutional Committee Wrote a Constitution and a Policy and Procedure Manual for his growing church. He has been featured in Leadership Conferences and Inspiration Conferences and has been the featured speaker during a Union University Chapel Service.
In 2001, Wade Wallace re-entered the teaching profession and moved to Nashville, TN where he taught Physical Education and coached High School basketball, baseball, and football. While living in Nashville, he completed his Masters in Administration and Leadership from Trevecca University. After completing his degree, he returned home to Tipton County and began teaching at Millington Elementary School and currently holds that position. For the past five years, he has served as the pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Henning, TN.
